1. Your account

By creating an account or using FileiPlay, you agree to these terms and the site rules that apply to the features you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate account information, keep your password, recovery code and tracker passkey private, and contact staff if you suspect someone has accessed your account. Do not sell accounts, share credentials, impersonate others or bypass account restrictions.

2. Community conduct

Treat other members and staff respectfully. Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, private information about others, spam, scams or malicious links. Follow the rules shown in forums, chat and upload forms.

Do not attack the service, attempt to access another member’s account, evade security controls or interfere with the tracker. Use automation and integrations only where the site permits them.

3. Sharing content and tracker use

Only upload or share material that you have permission to distribute and that is lawful for you to share. You are responsible for the files, descriptions, images, links and messages you submit. Do not upload malware or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Follow the current upload, seeding, ratio and hit-and-run rules. Do not falsify transfer statistics or manipulate rewards. Downloaded files and external links are supplied by their respective contributors; check them before opening or running them.

If you believe content violates your rights, use the contact form and include the relevant page link, an explanation and information that helps staff assess your request.

4. Access, moderation and account closure

Staff may remove content or restrict accounts to address rule violations, abuse or security concerns. Contact staff if you believe a moderation action was made in error.

Account-on-hold mode restricts site activity until you resume your account. It is separate from deleting an account. Account deletion is available through profile settings where permitted and requires password confirmation.

Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Keep your own copies of important information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
